Operating vacations are on December 24, 25, 31, and January 1 of each year.
Your event outside regular opening hours
We accept reservations for groups, events and corporate functions as early as 8 a.m. Monday through Sunday.
Access outside the center opening hours
Access to the Fusion Arena is also possible outside the regular opening hours of the shopping center via any level on side parking garage via the sliding doors (P1 to P5)
Wheelchair access
Wheelchair access is available throughout via the elevators, even when traveling to alien planets. During the renovation of Letzipark, we have no elevator access and can only be reached by stairs.

Attention Important! New entrance during the renovation
The Letzipark shopping center has been under renovation since 22 March. Our entrance is therefore now at the outside staircase in the direction of the Letzipark/McDonalds bus stop. There are around 60 steps to climb.
You arrive from the parking garage (3 hours free parking)
You have to go to level P2 and then leave the parking garage outside in the direction of McDonalds. Turn right and you will walk directly to our outside staircase. You can find a video here on Instagram: bit.ly/4awxiyx
From Monday to Saturday from 09:00 to 20:00, the first three hours in the parking garage are free.
You are coming from the Letzipark bus stop
You walk directly towards our entrance, you will see the illuminated sign on the outside staircase of the Fusion Arena directly to the right of the Manor.
In both Google and Apple Maps, we have the pin on the new entrance of the staircase.
